1. Exit I45 at League City / FM518
2. Go East on FM518 towards Kemah
3. Cross Highway 3
4. Cross Railroad tracks (at the beginning of the Historic District)
5. Go through two traffic lights
6. Past the second light, take the second left, Wisconsin
7. Once on Wisconsin, go through the first stop sign
8. After the stop sign, take your first Right at Coryell
9. Once on Coryell, take your first left, Landrum Ave
10. As Landrum approaches the water, the sub-division is indicated on the right with a large sign

From NASA Rd 1

1. Go South on Egret Bay / FM 270 towards League City
2. Cross the Bridge over Clear Creek
3. On your right, you will successively pass Clear Creek Community Church, a brick shopping center, and the JSC Federal Credit Union
4. Immediately past the JSC Federal Credit Union, turn Right onto Coryell
5. Go approximately ¾ to 1 mile on Coryell, and Turn Right onto Landrum Ave
6. As Landrum approaches the water, the sub-division is indicated on the right with a large sign
