The
following plans have the look and feel that we are striving for in the
neighborhood and are preliminarily approved.
For
final approval, full plans (with all elevation drawings) will need to be
provided and approved by the ACC. Plans will need to be compliant with Deed
Restrictions.
Plans
will not be repeated in the subdivision. If you are a lot owner and would like
to reserve a plan, just let us know.
